The apartment is located in Hindustan Nagar Kolkata a business home for the client.

A multipurpose apartment to entertain guests and business associates. The two different flats on level 4 are interconnected through a large terrace which is partly covered for an outdoor dining experience.

Two of the bedrooms have been designed according to the Vastu guidelines. The combined flat dominantly consists of four bedrooms, three toilets connected to the bedrooms a kitchen connected to outdoor-indoor dining and a small landscaped terrace.
